That's Great News was founded in 2003 by Robert Roscoe, experienced and successful entrepreneur with a background in direct marketing, call center management and technology operations. That's Great News was launched because Roscoe believed an opportunity existed to market high quality recognition products directly to the end user and he has quickly built a strong and talented team to execute his vision.

Robert Roscoe

Founder and CEO

A serial entrepreneur, Robert started his first company, MBS Communications, Inc. in 1986. There he leased seven BMWs for key people who helped him attain certain bottom-line figures before selling that company. This made front page of The Hartford Courant which was the impetus to start That's Great News. Roscoe graduated from Bryant University and the Harvard Business School OPM29 program, he's been a member of Vistage since 1994 and is an avid snowmobiler. Fun Fact: he hasn't leased BMWs for key people since.

Nancy L. Malloy

Finance Director

With That's Great News since inception affording a vast knowledge of the company history. She is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the financial team. Prior experiences include working for a large public accounting firm and small businesses as Office Manager and Financial Lead. Fun fact: Played Sandy in the first amateur production of Grease in Connecticut

Bobbie Kish

Systems & Marketing Director

Joined That's Great News in 2005 initially as a telemarketer and promoted through several positions with proven ability to succeed in a wide variety of roles. Quick witted and knows every corner of the business. World class autodidactic education via Google and YouTube. Great problem solver with tons of common sense. Little known fact: Her favorite place in the world is East Musquash Lake in Maine.

Jon Zona

Operations Director

Joined That’s Great News in 2016. Utilizing his AA (Clark) in Multimedia Design, joined as a graphic designer, promoted several times into his current role. He has a BS. in Computer Science and Mathematics (Clark), and an MS. in Education (SCSU), his knowledge expands to other many areas of the business. Mechanically inclined, hands-on leader with a reputation of “getting it done”. Fun fact: Avid gym goer has a strict meal plan.

Victoria Paniccia (nee Whittington)

Director of Customer Experience

Joined That’s Great News in 2016 initially as a customer service rep and was promoted several times into her current seat as director of our sales and customer service team. Dependable and efficient, she has a knack for resolving both internal and external issues without fuss. Fun fact: Her twin brother also works with TGN in our production department!

Advisor

Joined That's Great News in 2012, moving from consultant to complete responsibility for all marketing activity. 36 years of experience in technology and marketing - providing consultancy to 100+ businesses and has held several leadership positions. Educated in the UK with a first-class degree. Analytical approach and strategic thinker. Fun fact: Once lived in Bangladesh for a year.

Grey Fuellas

Offshore Director - HR and Facilities

Joined That’s Great News in 2016. She has 18 years of experience in the BPO industry with a background in Sales, Customer Service plus a degree in Psychology. Originally joining That’s Great News to spearhead quality, training, and process improvement. She substantially grew the lead generation department before moving into overseeing overall offshore HR, recruitment, facilities. Fun Fact: She has 2 toy poodles whom she loves dearly.

Miguel Rivera

Director of Sales

Joined That's Great News in 2014 as a dedicated sales rep, but has been in the plaque business since 1996. Through his unwavering commitment and outstanding performance, he is now the Director of Sales, overseeing our US and Offshore Sales operations. His focus is on customer satisfaction, while leveraging his extensive sales and customer service knowledge to lead our sales team to success.
