Wood Hanging Instructions
- What you will need: Phillips head screwdriver, wall screws, level or tape measure, marker.
- Align the plaque on the wall where you want it to hang.
- Mark with the marker the points on the wall where the keyhole slots are on the plaque.
- Drill the two top holes using the appropriate drill bit.
- Wood surface – drill a pilot hole using the proper drill bit, going 1" deep.
- Drywall surface – drill a pilot hole 1" deep, then place a plastic wall anchor into the hole.
- Concrete surface – drill a pilot hole 1" deep, then place a plastic wall anchor into the hole (provided).
- Screw the wall screws into the holes you just drilled.
- Slide the plaque onto the top keyhole slot first, align with the side keyhole, then slide the plaque into place.
- Enjoy!
Lucinda Hanging Instructions
- Tools you will need: Phillips head screwdriver, ¼" drill bit, level or tape measure.
- Take apart the four stand-offs attached to the packaging.
- Install stand-offs in the bottom two holes of your plaque. Make sure rubber washers are on each side.
- Determine your mounting surface:
- Wood surface – you will need 2 wood screws.
- Drywall surface – you will need 2 plastic wall anchors with 2 screws (provided).
- Concrete surface – you will need 2 plastic wall anchors with 2 screws (provided).
- Drill the two top holes using the appropriate drill bit.
- Wood surface – drill a pilot hole 1" deep using the proper drill bit.
- Drywall surface – drill a pilot hole 1" deep (use the screws provided), then place a plastic wall anchor into the hole.
- Concrete surface – drill a pilot hole 1" deep (use the screws provided), then place a plastic wall anchor into the hole.
- Insert the screw through the stand-off base. Tighten it into the pre-drilled pilot hole or plastic insert until securely fastened.
- Align the Lucinda plaque's top two holes over the stand-off bases. Screw the stand-off caps through the plaque into the bases and tighten by hand. No need to fix the bottom two stand-offs to the wall.
- Stand back and admire your plaque beautifully hung on your wall!
Metal Hanging Instructions
- What you will need: Phillips head screwdriver, wall screws, level or tape measure, painter's tape.
- Align one screw on each of the top corners of the attached cork wall float on your wall. Painter's tape will help with proper line-up.
- Drill the two top holes using the appropriate drill bit.
- Wood surface – drill a pilot hole 1" deep using the proper drill bit.
- Drywall surface – drill a pilot hole 1" deep, then place a plastic wall anchor into the hole.
- Concrete surface – drill a pilot hole 1" deep, then place a plastic wall anchor into the hole.
- Screw the wall screws into the holes you just drilled.
- Hang your new plaque on the screws.
